Alumni Coffee and Mentoring Session: Empowering our 1st Year PGDM Students.
It was a warm and insightful morning as our distinguished alumnus – Ms. Anamika Pandey (Batch 2019-21) who is currently working as Senior HR Operations Advisor at Microsoft, visited IILM Lucknow for a Coffee and Mentoring Session with our 1st Year PGDM Students on Friday, 19 April 2024. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee blended seamlessly with exchange of wisdom, knowledge, professional experiences and guidance.
Ms. Anamika Pandey with her remarkable journeys and Human Resource experience shared invaluable insights, career advice and personal anecdotes with our students who are willing to make their career in the field of Human Resource. It was a perfect blend of mentorship and connection – building, fostering the growth of our future leaders.
