Alumni Coffee and Mentoring Session: Empowering our 1st Year PGDM Students.
It was a warm and insightful morning as our distinguished alumnus – Ms. Arpita Mehrotra (Batch 2010-12) who is currently working as Assistant Dean at Westford University College, UAE visited IILM Lucknow for a Coffee and Mentoring Session with our 1st Year PGDM Students on Monday, 20 November 2023. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee blended seamlessly with exchange of wisdom, knowledge, professional experiences and guidance.
Ms. Arpita as an Acadmecian shared invaluable insights, career advice and personal anecdotes with our students who are willing to make their career in the Education Sector. It was a perfect blend of mentorship and connection – building, fostering the growth of our future leaders.
