IILM Lucknow organised an Alumni Experience Sharing Session for its 1st Year PGDM students on Saturday, 1st April, 2023. The guest for the session was Mr. Rishabh Tripathi (Batch 2018-20) who is currently working as Deputy Manager at Bank of Baroda AMC.
Mr. Tripathi talked about his “Journey from IILM Lucknow to Bank of Baroda AMC” and shared his learning, experiences and challenges faced during his transition from IILM Lucknow to Bank of Baroda AMC.
He gave a detailed explanation about Industry Operations, his Job Role, various Bank AMC related Job Openings and their eligibility criteria, importance of Product Knowledge, various finance-related Certificate Courses, etc and shared a few tips and tricks with our students to help them overcome challenges in their corporate journey. Students found the session really informative and interactive. The session was coordinated by Mr. Nitin Mohan, Manager – Corporate & Alumni Relations, IILM Lucknow.
