IILM Lucknow organised a session in its Alumni Talk Series “Experience Sharing” for PGDM 1st Year Students on Friday, April 07, 2023. The guest for the session was Mr. Arpit Pandey, Batch 2018-20, who is currently working as Premier Wealth Manager (Deputy Area Manager) at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company. .
Mr. Pandey talked about his “Journey from IILM Lucknow to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company” and shared his learnings, experiences and challenges faced during his transition phase from IILM Lucknow to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company. He gave a brief operational knowledge of an Insurance Industry & his company to our students along with his Job Role in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company as Deputy Area Manager. He also talked about the value & importance of Insurance related Product Knowledge, Connects & Networking Skills, People Management Skills, Usage of Excel in day to day work life etc.
Atlast he shared a few tips and tricks with our students to help them overcome challenges in their corporate journey. Students found the session interactive and informative. The session was organised by Mr. Nitin Mohan, Manager – Corporate & Alumni Relations, IILM Lucknow.
