IILM Lucknow organised a session in its Alumni Talk Series “Experience Sharing” for PGDM 1st Year Students on Saturday, April 15, 2023. The guest for the session was Ms. Mansi Shrinet, Batch 2017-19, who is currently working as Analyst – Talent Acquisition at Deloitte USI.
Ms. Shrinet talked about her “Journey from IILM Lucknow to Deloitte USI” and shared her learnings, experiences and challenges faced during her transition phase from IILM Lucknow to Deloitte USI. She gave a brief knowledge about Big Four Companies like, Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y & PWC and their Recruitment Processes along with her Job Role in Deloitte USI as Analyst – Talent Acquisition.
She advised our students to also focus on Improving their Communication and Public Speaking Skills, MS Office Skills, Certificate Courses as per the Market Trend and need, Importance of Versant Rounds, Strong Domain Knowledge, Analytical Skills etc.
At last she shared a few tips and tricks with our students to help them overcome challenges in their corporate journey. Students found the session motivating and knowledgeable. The session was organised by Mr. Nitin Mohan, Manager – Corporate & Alumni Relations, IILM Lucknow.
