IILM Lucknow organised an Alumni Experience Sharing Session for its 1st Year PGDM students on Thursday, 20 April, 2023. The guest for the session was Ms. Aayushi Pandey (Batch 2019-21) who is currently working as Deputy Manager at Axis Bank.
Ms. Pandey talked about her “Journey from IILM Lucknow to Axis Bank” and shared her learnings, experiences and challenges faced during her transition phase from IILM Lucknow to Axis Bank. She gave a brief knowledge about the Banking Industry and also the importance & contribution of the Axis Bank in the Indian Banking Industry. She gave an insight of her Job Role in Axis Bank as Deputy Manager – CRM along with a detailed knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management), its functionality and importance in the Banking Industry.
She advised our students to also focus on Improving their Communication Skills, Strong Domain Knowledge, Strong & Impressive CV Writing, IRDA & other Banking related Certifications, developing Patience & Confidence Level, Strong Command on MS Office and other tools etc.
At last she shared a few tips and tricks with our students to help them overcome challenges in their corporate journey. Students found the session interactive and knowledgeable. The session was organised by Mr. Nitin Mohan, Manager – Corporate & Alumni Relations, IILM Lucknow.
